    hey guys!
in this episode, i will show you how to make a chiffon cake / chiffon oil cake. enjoy!
ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour (sifted 2 times)
 - 1 1/2 cup sugar
 - 3 teaspoons baking powder
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 8 egg whites
 - 1/2 cups vegetable oil
 - 5 egg yolks
 - 3/4 cup orange soda (you can use water too)
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 

directions:
- pre heat the oven to 325F
 - beat the egg whites until stiff. you know if the egg whites is good when you flip the bowl upside down and the meringue wont fall. set aside
 - combine vegetable oil, egg yolks, orange soda and vanilla extract into a separate bowl
 - combine the cake flour, salt and baking powder
 - then, add the flour into an oil and egg mixture, fold gently
 - add the egg whites mixture and mix gently until well combine
 - bake the cake in ungreased tube pan, or angel food cake pan to 30 to 40 minutes or until the middle of the cake is no longer jiggly
 - let the cake cool completely before serving
 - enjoy!
