• 3 ripe bananas
• 2 eggs
• 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
