baked sushi
hi riders!
i found this new crazed recipe online called baked sushi. read a couple of blogs about it and decided to create one, i gathered all the simplest ingredients and it turned out so delicious. everyone in the house loved it. to make it vegetarian friendly, skip the baking and the crab meat. mix all the ingredients together and add a little soy sauce and enjoy! :)
ingredients:
- 1 pound crab meat
- 2 cups (uncooked rice) make sure to cook it :P
- 3/4 cup japanese white sauce ( https://amzn.to/3nEEoYP )
- sprinkle of chili pepper (add more if you want it to be more spicy) ( https://amzn.to/35Diuiy )
- nori
- roasted black seaweed ( https://amzn.to/3oCoi3c) this is what i used
- sushi powder vinegar ( https://amzn.to/2XAJevN )
directions:
- cook the rice
- shred the crab meat
- add the japanese white sauce and chili pepper and mix
- once the rice is cooked, transfer to a mixing bowl, add the sushi powder vinegar and mix
- move the mixed rice into a baking pan
- flatten the rice and sprinkle the roasted black seaweed on top
- pour the crab meat mix on top then spread out
- bake to 375F for 20 minutes
- serve with nori (dried seaweed)
- enjoy
