hey guys!
here, i'm sharing with you how i make my soba noodles. it's very simple to make and in less than 20 minutes, you can have a hearty meal ready on your dinner table! so good luck!
ingredients:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (canola oil, olive oil works too)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 pieces chili peppers (or crushed peppers works too)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce (depending on your taste)
- 1 bundle soba noodle
- 1 stalk scallions
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- water
directions:
- in a heated pan, pour in the oil, sesame oil, honey, the chili peppers and combine. when it starts to bubbles, turn the heat off and set aside
- add water into a pot. please cook the soba noodles according to the packet instructions
- drain the soba noodles and run with cold water. then set aside
- chopped the scallions and cilantro into pieces
- pour the sauce into the soba noodles
- top with scallions and cilantro and mix together
- add 1 tbsp of soy sauce first and try. if you think you want to add more, then please do. it's your preference.
- serve!
