BISCOFF BREAD ROLLS RECIPE
can you tell how yummy it is already? below is the recipe! :)
ingredients:
- 3 cups all purpose flour
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 4 tbsp granulated sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - 4 tbsp softened butter + 4 tbsp for filling
 - 2/3 cup warm milk (110f - 115) too warm will kill the yeast
 - 3 tsp active dry yeast
 - 1 jar biscoff cookie butter
 
directions:
- into a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and sugar
 - add the eggs, butter, milk and yeast. combine
 - start kneading the dough, you can knead the dough by hand or using a stand mixer. knead until the dough is smooth
 - cover the dough with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for 1 to 2 hours or until doubled in size
 - deflate the dough and move into a floured surface
 - flatten the dough about 1/4 inch thick (flatten into a rectangular shape as possible
 - spread softened butter all over the flattened dough, use all 4 tbsp
 - then, spread the whole jar of biscoff cookie butter over the flattened dough
 - roll the dough into a log and divide into 12 pcs
 - move the dough into an oiled baking pan
 - cover and let the dough rise for another 30 minutes
 - then bake into 350F pre heated oven for 20 minutes
 - once the bread is baked. brush the top with melted butter
 - and enjoy!
