ingredients:
for the crust;
- 1 & 1/2 graham crackers
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
for the filling:
- 1 cup sour cream sour cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4x 8oz blocks of cream cheese (any brand will do)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
