ginataang bilo bilo | simple ingredients

    ginataang bilo bilo is a filipino dessert made from sticky rice balls and coconut milk. there are variety of ways to make bilo bilo. i will show you the simple ingredients i used and yet still delicious!
ingredients:
- 2 pcs sweet potatoes
 - 1 long pc cassava root
 - 1 taro
 - glutinous flour
 - 3/4 cup sugar
 - 1 can of coconut milk
 - 2 cups water
 
directions:
- wash the potatoes, cassava root and taro
 - peel the ingredients and chop
 - combine the taro, cassava and potatoes into a pot
 - add the water and coconut milk
 - bring to boil (make sure to not overcooked the ingredients)
 - add the sugar and rice balls
 - bring back to boil (stirring occasionally)
 - once the rice balls are cooked, it's ready to serve!
 

for glutinous rice balls, add enough water to glutinous flour until you are able to form a ball.
