BANANA BREAD ROLLS RECIPE
ingredients:
- 3 riped bananas
- 4 tablespoon vegetable oil 53g
- 2 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast 11g
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 2g
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 313g ( more for dusting)
directions:
- Into a bowl, add peeled ripe bananas and give it a good smash
- Then add the vegetable oil and mix well
- Add salt and stil
- Add the yeast and stir
- Finally, add the flour and mix well. You can also use your hand to mix the dough. The dough should be sticky
- Cover, or you can also use saran wrap to cover the dough and let the dough rise for until doubled in size. About 1 to 2 hours
- After the dough has risen, deflate the dough and move into a clean area. Add flour to the surface for it to be easy to work on.
- Shape the dough into a ball and divide the dough into 8 pieces
- Shape the dough into a ball and move into a prepared baking dish/pan
- Cover and let the dough rise for another 30 minutes
- Optional: dust the top of the bread dough with flour
- Bake the bread to 375F pre heated oven for 15 to 20 minutes
